Reflexology

Swedish Massage
This involves five main strokes, all done on the more superficial layers of the muscles, and generally in the direction of the blood flow towards the heart. The massage begins with long gliding strokes (effleurage) which the therapist uses to apply lubricant – such as mix of essential oils to your skin, to help her examine your muscle tissues and relax them. The benefits of this stroke are numerous, but most importantly, it helps increase blood and lymph circulation. The massage also ends with this stroke. Other techniques used are petrissage, friction, tapotement and vibration. Relieves stress, tension and muscle pain: improves circulation: increases flexibility: and induces relaxation.
